Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Development Rep to identify and qualify leads for our account executives. You will be prospecting construction and real estate companies, cold calling, starting conversations and booking demos for the closing team.
This is a very phone/email heavy role. Most days you’re doing 60 to 80 outreach touches—calls, emails, LinkedIn messages. Some days you’ll book three demos. Some days nothing comes up. You’ve got to be good with that and keep moving on anyways.
You don’t have to be an expert in construction. You have to be curious enough to learn the industry quickly, understand what problems our product solves and be able to communicate that clearly to someone who’s never heard of us.
We use Salesforce & Outreach. You will be trained the first two weeks.

Responsibilities:
- Cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn prospecting of new accounts
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to account executives
- Product demo scheduling and booking
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records
- Regular follow up with contacts who did not respond initially
- Achieving weekly and monthly pipeline targets
Skills Required
- Comfortable with cold calling and won’t shy
- Good written communication
- Resilient — rejection doesn’t slow you down
- Structured with follow ups and pipeline tracking
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM
- Fast learner of product and industry knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus
- No degree needed if sales experience is solid
💼 Experience Requirements
- 1+ year in any outbound sales or lead generation role
- SaaS or tech sales experience preferred
- Construction or real estate industry knowledge is a bonus
💰 Salary
$42,000 – $50,000 base/year
